5 Reasons You Should Talk About Mental Health At Church

If Jesus is in the business of stepping into people’s pain and shedding light into the darkest places, then the church must be in the same business. This requires both our willingness to put our dark parts out for others to see, and others’ willingness to engage with it (and vice versa). People can’t carry your burdens if they don’t know what they are. If we are to be a church that really brings our weariness and burdens, it takes all of us. Giving love, and receiving love.
